The Paleo Diet does not allow rice or potatoes
Vegetables and herbs can be grown in backyards and your small plants can be grown on the patio. Arugula has healthy green elongated and lobular leaves and originated in the Mediterranean. In Paleo Diet Recipes rice is not allowed in the Paleo Diet. Rice can be eliminated from the diet or a substitute with cauliflower. Usually the white or yellow cauliflower is used as a Paleo rice substitute. Cauliflower can be eaten raw or cooked.

Preparation:
- Mix the olive oil, kosher salt, garlic, rosemary and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.
- Divide this mixture into two equal parts. Toss the carrots in half of the mixture and the mushrooms in the other half of the mixture.
- Place the carrots and mushrooms separately on cookie sheets. Roast in preheated oven at 500ºF. until soft (carrots will take longer).

Wonderful its dual benefits ''backyard '' for growing all types of vegetables which we like the most, all vitamins which we need, good post, people use to see such posts which are excitfull for them, usually in backword areas, in villages, people grow them in their homes cause they naturally made things, no chemical, enrich with vitamin A, B, C like in carrot we find vitamin A for our vision, more I am working for Travel vaccines.Thanks for the nice sharing.
